Accelerated EMT Pipeline
Public Safety Providers of the 21st century need to be multi mission capable. Our Mobile training Team in conjunction with our training partners come onsite to your location and can have your team certified and ready to respond to any medical or traumatic emergency that comes their way. LEO Accelerated EMT training will incorporate your agencies S.O.P’s, culture and mission, creating practically applicable Emergency Medical Technician Training. Full NREMT courses in as short as 11 days.
Emergency Medical responder/academy ems training
EMR training at your location with our MTT is the fastest way to get your team trained and certified in the basics of emergency medicine. While not as advanced as EMT and limited in the scope of interventions Emergency Medical Responders provide immediate lifesaving care to critical patients who access the emergency medical services system. EMRs have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide immediate basic lifesaving interventions while awaiting additional EMS resources to arrive. EMR training is both the fastest and most cost effective way to train an entire agency to an national emergency medical standard and can easily be Incorporated into existing academy training. Onsite 4 day courses and custom academy integration available.
Rescue Task Force
RTF Hostile Event Interdiction course provides a unified response capability among Public Safety disciplines with proven tactics, techniques and procedures for a follow up response to a neutralized or mitigated hostile event. Once the threats are neutralized or contained, it is imperative to initialize Fire, Rescue and Emergency Medical Services to assess, treat and transport mass casualty victims. In Short, this course will show how all verticals of public safety come together and avoid costly mistakes.
Tactical emergency casualty care (T.E.C.C)
In the public safety training Industry there is a lot of “tactical talk”, The Raytom Group doesn’t talk we deliver results. TCCC (Military) or TECC (Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS ) is an absolute for any entity looking to expand tactics and effectively render care under fire. TECC focuses on the medicine during these phases of care and provides guidelines for managing trauma in the civilian tactical or hazardous environment. While TECC has a tactical slant, it takes an all-hazards approach to providing care outside the normal operating conditions of most EMS agencies, such as responding to a mass casualty or active shooter event. 1-2 day courses
Rope Rescue/tactical extraction
Using techniques and lessons learned from Industrial Fire, Search & Rescue and Military operations TRG and our partners Vertical Integrity have developed the standard in basic and tactical” rope rescue. It introduces the operator to basic knots, force dynamics, tactical rappelling, and other intervention techniques.
This course is designed as a beginner and/or refresher or for those members in the early stages of developing their rope rescue skill set. Our instructors employ a stepped approach to developing student confidence and to building knowledge of individual components of a rescue. 1-5 day courses
Vulnerability Assessment/field training exercise (FTX)
The exact dictionary definition of a Vulnerability Assessment is: The process of identifying, quantifying, and prioritizing (or ranking) the vulnerabilities in a system. The Raytom Group will help to insure your agency is operating at its peak potential and ready for the tough days ahead. We can provide full discrete training sites, scenario planning and setup of live actors, high fidelity props and professional moulage teams. Teams participants become totally immersed and eventually stress inoculated in response to Mass Casualty Incidents, Active Shooter, Bomb threat scenario, or any crisis situation. Proctors will work with stakeholders on design, evaluation and recommendations for future sop/protocol changes.
